I primarily work with adults struggling with relationship issues, trauma, abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, addiction history, and codependency. Couples benefit from repairing ruptures, rebuilding trust, improving communication, and rekindling intimacy.
My approach
I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach that helps you utilize your own insights and strengths. Drawing from family systems and attachment theory, I integrate Narrative, Emotion-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavioral therapies.
