I communicate with my clients in a calm, relaxed, supportive fashion to ensure that we are able to develop a treatment plan that the client can feel confident in implementing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become an advanced practice nurse in mental health and psychiatry because the mind has to be at optimum capacity to maintain good physical health.

My goals for you

I believe that clients should be able to take their time in meeting their goals to ensure that it can potentially become a healthy and new way of life that is sustainable.

My first session with you will include getting to know you and your needs, and what short-term and long-term goals you hope to achieve in treatment.
