Hi there, I'm Eric!

I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBTQ+ related issues, coping with grief and loss, self-esteem, and confidence.

My focus

Through studying abroad, teaching elementary and university undergraduates, working in an acute inpatient psychiatric setting, mentoring youth, and providing Ryan White HIV case management, I have experience working with diverse groups of individuals within a variety of roles.

My approach

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I enjoy working with clients to help discover strengths and navigate life challenges. I embody the values of resilience and inclusivity, crafting individualized treatment plans and facilitating therapy sessions that empower clients.
