My focus
I most often work with children and their families, adolescents, and young adults entering college and adulthood. Common concerns include life transitions, self-understanding, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and building coping skills.
My approach
I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused modalities, and Mindfulness strategies into treatment. I believe each scenario is unique to the person being supported, and I tailor my approach accordingly.
