Hi there, I'm Sabrina!

How do you tell your story, and what do you tell yourself about your story? I can help make sense of patterns both difficult and positive/protective. I have 24 years of experience working with individual adults, couples, and children ages 3 and up. My work is affirming and welcoming to all.

My focus

I enjoy working with people with a wide variety of backgrounds and lived experiences. I have work experience in elementary, middle, and high schools, in hospice, and in a private outpatient practice. Grief, loss and caregiving are some topics dear to my heart, as well as parenting and conflict in work or family relationships.

My approach

I prefer a collaborative approach, teaming with you and viewing you as the expert about your life. We'll create goals together, focusing on your strengths and what you're finding challenging. We'll check in regularly about how you feel your progress is going.
