Hi there, I'm Sara!

Feeling unmotivated, unhappy with yourself and/or life, worried or stressed? Struggling with substance abuse? My goal is to help you find understanding, insight, and strategies to improve your mood as well as find joy and meaning in life again.

My focus

Feeling overwhelmed? Struggling with anxious thoughts and feeling down on yourself? I help adults and older adults process depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. Retraining your thoughts, practicing self-care, and encouraging self-talk can help you become your own source of encouragement.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach, matching your needs. Often, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is used to help retrain thoughts and behaviors and manage stress. Through a collaborative approach, we can reframe self-defeating thoughts and find practical ways to help you reach your goals.
