I meet each client where they are and provide unconditional positive regard. Counseling is a journey where you must be willing to put in the work for progress to be made. Making changes is difficult, but I believe we can learn to tap into our strengths, alter our thinking about events, and ultimately live a happier life.

I work with individuals and couples who find themselves constantly going to the negative, struggle to find solutions, feel things are out of control, or have difficulty communicating and finding common ground. Success with counseling comes from applying what is discussed in sessions to your daily life.
My approach
I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Reality Theory, and creative interventions grounded in Person-Centered therapy. I believe counseling is about helping you find your answers. I'm here to support, educate, and explore different thought processes.
