My communication style

I create a safe space where people can feel unjudged and sort through life. Everyone has times when they feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stretched thin, angry, or frustrated. Sometimes these feelings come from our choices or the choices of others. I hope to be part of your journey and help you feel empowered.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my adult working life as an auto mechanic and switched to being a therapist after realizing I like helping people tackle life's challenges. I have felt so blessed by people letting me walk alongside them through their challenges and being an inspiration for me.

My goals for you

My goal is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you find the tools needed to face life's challenges. I strive to create a judgment-free space where we can explore thoughts and feelings openly.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll listen to your story, understand your goals, and begin exploring how we can work together to support your journey.
