My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can build coping skills, gain insight, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I provide specialized interventions by way of CBT for mental health help, as well as the use of the unique modality of EMDR for trauma, motivational interviewing to help with substance abuse and addictions, and I am Gottman trained for couples work. These modalities help a broad spectrum of issues and traumas. I am proud to walk beside my clients.
