I am licensed in the State of Colorado to work with both mental health and substance abuse issues. I come from a Family Systemic background. My focus areas of practice are relationships, trauma, grief & loss issues, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I only do couples "in person, at my office in Longmont.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and work with couples therapy or in individual sessions. I use a combination of solution-focused and Gottman approaches, along with cognitive-therapy methods, to name a few. I also work with other concerns someone may want to address, such as life stressors with work, relationships, and substance use.

I hold professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and an ABS Board Certified Sex Therapist, among others. My primary therapeutic approach is known as Client-Centered or Rogerian, meaning it's not my job to 'fix' you but to help you learn how to figure it out.
