I grew up in a Latino family, surrounded by military members, and spent summers with my mom on communes in Oregon. This gave me a wide understanding of humankind. I am a clinical supervisor/counselor whose focus includes trauma, healing the inner child, changing survival skills to thrive skills, inner critic ninja skills, and freedom from shame.

I specialize in the profound challenges of grief, loss, and adjusting to life after significant change. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward while honoring your loss. This is a safe, supportive space to explore your emotions, make sense of your experience, and regain a sense of balance.

I have broad experience in the information and communications business and non-profit sectors, and incorporate ideas in my work in psychotherapy with individuals or couples going through challenging moments requiring deep exploration for developing positive and meaningful solutions.

I know what it's like to lose a pet you loved. I work with adults who have experienced the loss of their pet and with ongoing challenges with anxiety and depression.
