I am a queer, biracial, neurodivergent therapist passionate about providing affirming and curiosity driven therapy. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges, with a focus on supporting LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and other individuals who may feel outside the "norm."

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working with adults impacted by trauma, depression, and anxiety. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating EMDR, CBT, and DBT to help you understand patterns, regulate your nervous system, and move beyond survival mode.

I grew up in a Latino family, surrounded by military members, and spent summers with my mom on communes in Oregon. This gave me a wide understanding of humankind. I am a clinical supervisor/counselor whose focus includes trauma, healing the inner child, changing survival skills to thrive skills, inner critic ninja skills, and freedom from shame.

I believe there are many paths to healing and change, but all of us sometimes get stuck or could use help with life's challenges. I know what it's like to lose a pet you loved. I work with adults who have experienced the loss of their pet and with ongoing challenges with anxiety and depression.
