I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and multiple master’s degrees, with experience in courts, prisons, residential care, and high-acuity mental health settings.

I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions with a calm, grounded, and practical approach. My style blends empathy with structure, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you move toward lasting change.

With professional roots in Chicago, I now operate a fully remote practice based in Nevada. I offer secure, flexible telehealth therapy for clients residing in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Illinois. Healing happens when you feel truly supported, and telehealth allows us to do that work from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Since 2011, I’ve held the highest level of licensing in Clinical Social Work, and since 2015, the highest licensure in substance use disorders. My background includes 13 years as a clinician with the Department of the Army and the Department of Veterans Affairs, working extensively with active duty service members, veterans, and their families.
