With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist. As a Dallas Counseling provider, I specialize in Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy.

I work with children, teens, and adults using creative and interactive approaches along with CBT and other evidence-based strategies to make sessions engaging and comfortable. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, build coping skills, and feel confident managing life's challenges.

I believe therapy is a partnership where client and therapist jointly work toward healing and relief. I aim to make starting therapy easy, straightforward, and enjoyable. I have experience in addressing anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, life transitions, trauma, and depression. I work with adults, adolescents, and children.
