I’m passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and low motivation. My approach is person-centered, flexible, and solution-focused, tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I offer flexible scheduling and welcome both short- and long-term therapy work.

We all need a little assistance from time to time in this complicated world. My clients come to sessions wanting and needing a variety of modalities and strategies. Our sessions build a relationship of trust and respect so we can eventually dive deep into the root of whatever is causing the upset.

I am a compassionate counselor supporting clients through emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I specialize in working with individuals affected by trauma, neglect, and abuse, as well as children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities.

I believe the therapist-client relationship is essential to therapy's success. By creating a safe, collaborative environment, we can explore obstacles preventing you from reaching your goals. I foster a supportive space where you will feel empowered to achieve personal growth and satisfying relationships.

My approach is holistic, addressing soul wounds created by past experiences to help you heal in the present and live in balance. Whether your pain stems from family experiences, childhood trauma, or adult challenges, healing is possible. I work with diverse cultures and offer bilingual services.

For many of us, it's difficult to ask for help, and sometimes it feels like no one around us understands or has been to a really dark or frightening place.

If I was to sum up the kind of therapeutic work I have the desire to undertake, I would make the argument that I want to help you no longer need me. I want you to move from coming in and relying on me to you independently having the state of mind, self compassion, and ability to really thrive in life.

I believe therapy is a partnership where client and therapist jointly work toward healing and relief. I aim to make starting therapy easy, straightforward, and enjoyable. I have experience in addressing anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, life transitions, trauma, and depression. I work with adults, adolescents, and children.

I vow to offer a safe space for you to share, be, and feel seen. I am person-centered and usually say that I have a trauma lens. I’m a Tucson native and a graduate of Northern Arizona University, where I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families facing challenges such as emotional regulation, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

I work with individuals of all ages, with a primary focus on children and adolescents. I specialize in helping young people navigate anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, relationship issues, and life transitions using approaches tailored to each person's unique needs.
