I'm a first-generation Mexican-American who served in the Marine Corps and have been working in mental health since 2012. I work with adults who struggle with PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, high stress, grief, and relationship challenges. I have primarily worked with military and first responder personnel.

For live appointments, client's come about 10 minutes early and then take the elevator up to the third-floor lobby, where they sit down and fill out a one page information sheet. At the given appointment time, I will come down the hallway and greet you and then we go to my small, confidential office to talk. For online appointments, I use Zoom.

I provide clients with tools, discernment, and hope for the future. My sessions are supportive, helping to guide and encourage you with a caring, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach. When you feel that your train has gotten off track, I will help you get back on track. Christian counseling is also available upon request.
