I have worked in the field of: primary, medical and secondary trauma for 22 years, and support people through both anxiety and depression. I am a practitioner of restorative yoga, ear acupuncture, meditation, dance therapy and intentional self care.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience working with individuals, LGBTQA+, single parents, pre-teens, using online therapy, and substance counseling. I’m also a Certified Addictions Counselor II.

I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.
