I specialize in teenage boys with ADHD. I was that kid. I struggled through high school and didn't get real support until the end. Treatment changed everything. I went from community college to two of Florida's most prestigious public universities. Now I do this work because I know what it takes to reach these boys.

I have extensive experience in psychotherapy, working with anger, anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. I've used an eclectic approach that draws from multiple therapeutic frameworks to meet each client's unique needs.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist. As a Dallas Counseling provider, I specialize in Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy.
