I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience working with individuals, LGBTQA+, single parents, pre-teens, using online therapy, and substance counseling. I’m also a Certified Addictions Counselor II.

I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.

I believe people have a misconception about counselors. Many people believe we have it all together and have never needed counseling ourselves. The truth is it's a lot of work to address our life experiences, such as depression, grief, guilt, and shame. However, you are worth the time and energy it takes.

Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds.
