I have been in the field for almost 2 decades, wow how time flies! I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of different populations over the years, which I believe has enabled me to value honesty, accepting others as they are and being able to offer a safe space for clients to deal with life's stressors.

I help people who feel different—because of race, neurodivergence, or identity—explore and accept who they are so they can find safety, self-esteem, and healing. Through Narrative, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems, I guide clients in understanding their insecurities and defenses with compassion.

Too often, people come to therapy looking to talk about a problem, and that's where the work stops. The clients I work with have 'tried therapy in the past and nothing really changed.' These clients are looking to go beyond talking and want to achieve an existence where they are no longer controlled by the problem.
