I am an LMFT, and my mission is to empower women to cultivate a more positive, mindful, and confident mindset, fostering overall mental well-being. With over 29 years of experience as a therapist, I have integrated a variety of effective techniques, including reframing and mindset shifting, into my practice.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Metropolitan State College of Denver, followed by a Master of Science in Social Work in 2010 from Newman University. I spent the next 8 1/2 years working for Child Protective Services, specializing in child sexual abuse, working with both victims and offenders.
