I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and work with couples therapy or in individual sessions. I use a combination of solution-focused and Gottman approaches, along with cognitive-therapy methods, to name a few. I also work with other concerns someone may want to address, such as life stressors with work, relationships, and substance use.

Deciding to start therapy can be daunting, but seeking help is a strength we can build on. I help people identify their strengths and use them to work toward a better future. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and relationships, with particular expertise in weight management, healthy lifestyles, and life transitions.
