I hold professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and an ABS Board Certified Sex Therapist, among others. Karen attended Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans, La., graduating with an MA has worked in a variety of settings. I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist specializing in PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and emotional and behavioral issues.

I have been working in the helping field for most of my life in different capacities. And now I like more the one-on-one work I am able to do with my clients and being able to see the healing and be a part of the journey.
