I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of different populations over the years, which I believe has enabled me to value honesty, accepting others as they are and being able to offer a safe space for clients to deal with life's stressors.

I help people who feel different—because of race, neurodivergence, or identity—explore and accept who they are so they can find safety, self-esteem, and healing. Through Narrative, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems, I guide clients in understanding their insecurities and defenses with compassion.
