I am a practitioner of restorative yoga, ear acupuncture, meditation, dance therapy and intentional self care.

As the therapeutic relationship grows, I at times challenge clients to grow; however, I believe communication should be bidirectional, and I insist on clients being allowed to challenge me back and have a voice in where we take treatment.
