My background includes work with adult individuals, couples, parents, and children of all ages, which shapes how I support people through big life transitions: new jobs, moves, new relationships, careers, becoming a parent, or choosing not to.

I have worked in the field of: primary, medical and secondary trauma for 22 years, and support people through both anxiety and depression. I am a practitioner of restorative yoga, ear acupuncture, meditation, dance therapy and intentional self care.

I'm dedicated to helping you face adversity and develop a loving, compassionate relationship with yourself. Throughout my career, I've noticed one common theme: our self-talk. We are our own worst enemies, and this wreaks havoc on our self-esteem.

I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges while seeking deeper clarity, emotional balance, and personal growth. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

I hold professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and an ABS Board Certified Sex Therapist, among others. My primary therapeutic approach is known as Client-Centered or Rogerian, meaning it's not my job to 'fix' you but to help you learn how to figure it out.

I approach each client individually to focus on their goals, using a combination of CBT, mindfulness, and SFBT. I have vast experience with the LGBTQ+ population, addictions, depression, anxiety, as well as a handful of other areas.

I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.
