I am licensed in Colorado with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & career difficulties. I also have experience working with coping with life changes.

I’m here to support you through life’s challenges, whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship or family concerns, major life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth and meaningful change. It means I’m here to see you, to be fully present, and to hold space for you to feel, process, and gain insights.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and stress related to school, work, and relationships. I also have experience supporting first responders and individuals working in high-stress helping professions.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience working with individuals, LGBTQA+, single parents, pre-teens, using online therapy, and substance counseling. I’m also a Certified Addictions Counselor II.
