I have been working in the helping field for most of my life in different capacities. And now I like more the one-on-one work I am able to do with my clients and being able to see the healing and be a part of the journey.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. I have worked in many different levels of care in the mental health field, including outpatient, residential, emergency, inpatient, day treatment, and in-home therapy.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Metropolitan State College of Denver, followed by a Master of Science in Social Work in 2010 from Newman University. I spent the next 8 1/2 years working for Child Protective Services, specializing in child sexual abuse, working with both victims and offenders.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Florida, professional feelings-untangler, and firm believer that therapy doesn't have to feel like a chore. I especially love working with couples and families ready to stop circling the same fight and start actually hearing each other again because meaningful connection is possible.
