I work with adolescents and adults to help them achieve their therapeutic goals using a holistic approach. When I'm not practicing therapy, I enjoy gardening, being outside, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. I have worked in many different levels of care in the mental health field, including outpatient, residential, emergency, inpatient, day treatment, and in-home therapy.

An LISW-CP, a clinical psychotherapist and U.S. Air Force veteran with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through trauma, transition, and transformation. She meets clients where they are with assertive warmth, compassion and inspiration.

My passion for therapy grew from a deep curiosity about what helps people feel truly seen, understood, and connected. Early in my journey, I noticed how often people, including myself, carry heavy emotional burdens in silence while struggling to express their needs or navigate relationships without losing themselves.

Today's world can be stressful, exhausting, and difficult to manage. We all have our challenges and need help at times. I help clients navigate through barriers that cause symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other emotional problems. My goal is to help you gain insight and learn tools that help you live the best life possible.
