I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and was trained by a Psychiatrist for 2 years. I use a variety of techniques and tools. Therapy is typically 8-16 weeks. Around 8 weeks, your symptoms should be going from Severe to Moderate, and at 16-18 weeks, moderate to mild. I practice from a faith-based perspective, but all are welcome.

I have a lengthy personal history of being a first responder, allowing me to be more understanding about these professions and the unique challenges they face.
