I have been in the field for almost 2 decades, wow how time flies! I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of different populations over the years, which I believe has enabled me to value honesty, accepting others as they are and being able to offer a safe space for clients to deal with life's stressors.

I provide therapy to individuals suffering from PTSD, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I use EMDR, CBT, strengths building, and other proven interventions to help people heal from past trauma or current mental health issues. I went from community college to two of Florida's most prestigious public universities. Now I do this work because I know what it takes to reach these boys.
