I believe that no matter who a person is, what they have been through, or where they have come from, change can be created and in turn, a better world. Resilience can be developed at any stage in life and is one of the greatest tools that you will ever have.

I am an experienced cinician and specialize in working with adults and couples, mood disorders, grief, trauma and stress, starting where you are at and journeying with you in a collaborative thoughtful way. I aim to help you identify and express your thoughts and feelings, while building skills to help you cope with your challenges.

I help people figure out their substance use problems, address mental health concerns, learn stress and anger management, explore trauma, and alleviate relationship conflicts. The clients I work with are usually focused on self-improvement and self-discovery.
