I am a single mother of three sons who represent the 3Q’s in 3Q’s & Hart Counseling. My vision for 3Q’s & Hart Counseling is that it is a haven for single mothers struggling with depression and anxiety. You will learn how to fully embrace the present moment, stress management techniques, and improve your self-care routine.

I help women and children heal from trauma and achieve goals using evidence-based techniques. Creative expression, meaning, faith, spirituality, overcoming fears, and fulfillment are cornerstones of my style. Some clients benefit from specific therapies, others from being heard.

I work with adults, teens, and families navigating addiction, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and spiritual issues. I provide compassion, listening, and validation within an integrated therapeutic experience. Whether you're exploring LGBTQ or transgender identity, addiction, or spirituality, we'll partner to find healing and balance.

My goal is to help you feel at ease and able to talk about anything you need to with privacy and support. I'm also very open, nonjudgmental, and open-minded, which allows me to create a safe place for people to talk and be. Our first session is like the interview process on a first date - it will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another
