I like my therapist because she lets me speak freely and without any judgement or without doing most the talking, or talking over me. She lets me decide what I’d like to talk about specifically each session which is nice because if something popped up that I want to address I feel like I can without delay. When she does add input and expertise it is timely, sincere, and valuable. I actually look forward to my sessions and feel the co-pay vs help received is well worth it. Also, her skillset with EMDR is very helpful in the healing process and journey for anyone willing to go all in and utilize it to its fullest potential.
