I am a licensed professional counselor with more than 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I completed my Clinical Mental Health Master's Program at Mercer University in 2016 and have been working in multiple settings, such as inpatient hospitals, private practice, and outpatient clinics.

I help adolescents and adults navigate life's stressors—whether it's anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by daily challenges. Life can feel chaotic or unfair at times. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can gain clarity, build coping skills, and move forward with confidence.
