I specialize in helping individuals who have endured challenging life experiences. I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults, offering tailored approaches to promote healing and growth. My expertise includes helping families improve their relationships and using focused treatment methods to help clients process trauma, negative emotions, and pain.

I have my master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and I am independently licensed in Iowa. I have experience in most including anxiety, depression, and substance use.
