I am a Psy.D., Doctor of Psychology, university professor with 14 years of direct counseling experience and am licensed in multiple states. I am greatly experienced in helping people on the autism spectrum lead fuller lives and go beyond the doubt and anxiety that occurs with autistic traits. Anxiety, depression, and autism are my primary focus.

I focus on honoring the human need for connection, restoring safety, and strengthening overall functioning through the therapeutic relationship. I have expertise in attachment and trauma.
