I’m Dr. Martin, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. My goal is to help you create lasting change so you can move forward with independence. I offer support while also gently challenging you to reflect and grow in ways that feel meaningful to you.

I have my master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and I am independently licensed in Iowa. I have experience in most including anxiety, depression, and substance use. If you don't like a therapist who will make you laugh from time to time while allowing space to grow I'm probably not the best one for you.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I provide therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I received my graduate training at the University of Hawai‘i, where I was strongly influenced by a holistic and culturally responsive perspective on healing.
