As an LISW (IA), I am/ have been a clinical therapist, a psychiatric medical institution for children, a school social worker supporting public schools (PK, K-8), and an Early ACCESS Social Worker (Birth-3yo). Previous work in KS & MO involved child welfare, special needs adoption, Military Families, domestic violence, & geriatric psychiatric care.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults manage anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other challenges that affect daily life. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where we can work together to build coping skills and create meaningful change.

I am a Psy.D., Doctor of Psychology, university professor with 14 years of direct counseling experience and am licensed in multiple states. I am greatly experienced in helping people on the autism spectrum lead fuller lives and go beyond the doubt and anxiety that occurs with autistic traits. Anxiety, depression, and autism are my primary focus.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist. As a Dallas Counseling provider, I specialize in Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy.

I have been doing therapy for more years than I care to say and have the wisdom of age and experience to go with it! I usually can get new clients in within 1-2 weeks and have late afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments available. I see individuals, adults, couples, and families.
