I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I provide therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I received my graduate training at the University of Hawai‘i, where I was strongly influenced by a holistic and culturally responsive perspective on healing.

I'm Katia, and my primary focus is working with individuals who experience anxiety, stress, depression, and general life adjustment issues. I believe it's important to learn how to practice self-awareness so when difficult situations occur, we have a better sense of how to handle things, and hopefully, increased feelings of being in control.

I am Jim Judkins, a licensed therapist who has over 38 years of experience providing counseling in the state of Iowa. I am from Iowa and have graduated from the University of Iowa. I know how to make you feel much better through counseling. I have been doing video telehealth counseling for over 13 years and have good results with my clients.
