I earned my Master of Health Science degree from the University of Florida in Rehabilitation Counseling. I was first licensed as a counselor in Florida in 2001. Now I am licensed as a counselor in four states: New Hampshire, Florida, Iowa, and Louisiana. I have over 20 years of experience.

I am greatly experienced in helping people on the autism spectrum lead fuller lives and go beyond the doubt and anxiety that occurs with autistic traits. Anxiety, depression, and autism are my primary focus.
