I have worked with children in schools for the past 30 years as a school social worker. I have raised 2 kids of my own and have one grandson. I want to work with you as a partner to conquer difficult times in your life. My mission to help others meet their life goals by providing a safe compassionate space for you to grow.

My therapeutic style is warm, engaging, and genuine. I take an eclectic approach to counseling in which I enjoy working with people from all different lifestyles. I help people work through depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship difficulties, stress management, identity challenges, and emotional awareness.
