You can call me Joe. With an understanding of life stressors that are encountered through work, relationships, family, and life events, I combine extensive training in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and other approaches to treat anxiety, depression, fears, and trauma.

I work with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, stress, and emotions that get in the way of their daily activities of living. Approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), have been proven to be helpful.
