I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist with 25+ years of experience drawing from diverse clinical settings such as inpatient care to private practice. I offer a collaborative approach to help you navigate anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles so you can break free from painful cycles and build lasting connection.
