I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a long career as an educator in the field of school counseling. My path into professional counseling grew out of a series of life experiences that shaped my belief in the inherent capacity of every person to grow, heal, and build self-confidence.

I am currently accepting new clients and serve the Baltimore metropolitan area with both in person and telehealth sessions. I like to refer to my style of practice as "Soul Work". My treatment modalities include; CBT, Trauma focused, Psychodynamic. I am awaiting to work with you to begin your healing journey.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that every client have many strengths that will assist them in overcoming their issues.
