I am currently accepting new clients and serve the Baltimore metropolitan area with both in person and telehealth sessions. I like to refer to my style of practice as "Soul Work". My treatment modalities include; CBT, Trauma focused, Psychodynamic. I am awaiting to work with you to begin your healing journey.

I am a Christian therapist, foster and adoptive mom, and member of a blended family helping teens, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting, and life transitions through CBT and trauma-focused therapy.
