I am a seasoned clinician with 16 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), primarily with women and couples. I integrate the following conditions: high‐functioning anxiety, burnout recovery, emotional fatigue, boundaries and self‐trust, people‐pleasing patterns, and perfectionism recovery.

I want healing to feel real, supportive, and connected to your actual life in ways that help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and connected to yourself. I enjoy incorporating reading, movement, mindfulness, yoga, and spending time outside into the healing process in ways that feel natural and meaningful to you.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting children, adults, and families navigating complex and often overwhelming life circumstances. These experiences have shaped my deep respect for resilience and my commitment to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and Georgia. In our therapy together, we can focus on relationship stressors, past trauma, women's health, identity conflicts, self-esteem, and vocational stress, and I prioritize the topics you choose.
