I have extensive experience providing individual and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in both educational and clinical settings, supporting students with autism and those in crisis. My background includes trauma therapy, crisis intervention, and program development.

I work with people across the lifespan and specialize in anxiety, stress, mood disorders, and depression using CBT and ACT to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.
