I am a Social Worker with 35 years of experience. I have worked with clients/couples with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, compassion fatigue, relationship issues, domestic abuse, intimacy issues, parenting problems, medical issues, grief, self-esteem, coping with life changes, and military issues.

I have a background in clinical mental health counseling with additional training as a trauma professional and sex therapist.
