I am highly motivated, persistent, and mature. I have worked with special education children and adolescents. I have helped them overcome developmental, personal, and social problems.

I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience in community mental health centers, schools, crisis centers, and outpatient therapy offices, with teens and adults. I use a person-centered approach to therapy where you, the client, are the expert, and I am here to support you on your journey to cope with life's struggles.

I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions. After all, change is most helpful when it happens both in and out of the therapy room. (Don’t worry; this “homework” doesn’t lead to grades or tests!)
